Building the Future, Together: Our Vision for a World-Changing Supply Chain

From groundbreaking technology to global impact, we partner with suppliers who share our commitment to sustainability, integrity, and innovation as we shape a new supply chain for the climate era.

By Mary Emerton, VP of Supply Chain

Socrates once said, “Focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old, but on building the new." We do this everyday at Twelve with the collaboration of our partners and suppliers. We're on a mission to build a fossil-free future through carbon transformation and the power of electrochemistry. Building a First Of A Kind solution that can change the world doesn't happen alone, it takes everybody.

Building a First Of A Kind solution that can change the world doesn't happen alone, it takes everybody.

The world consumes 100 billion gallons of fuel annually and is expected to grow to 150 billion gallons of fuel by 2050. Changing this paradigm with our technology takes an ecosystem of partners and suppliers. This is our time to make a difference and with the collaboration of an incredible (and evolving) supply chain, we are able to bring that vision to life.

We operate an integrity-based approach to our supply chain and to our social responsibilities and seek to work with suppliers who share the same values.  Therefore, we expect all of our suppliers to comply with all applicable laws and adhere to internationally recognized human rights and environmental standards and regulations, tax, accounting and other financial best practices.  As our formal policies are developed, we expect Suppliers to comply with all of the principles described in our Supplier Code of Conduct, including:

  1. The commitment to human rights

  2. The commitment to a safe and healthy working environment

  3. The expectation to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment including non-discrimination.

As part of our approach to our supply chain, environment and social responsibility are areas that Twelve considers key to promoting good sustainable practices and standards.

“Sono-Tek has had the privilege of partnering with Twelve since their inception, and it has been exciting to witness their remarkable growth and expansion. Throughout our collaboration, Twelve has consistently demonstrated exceptional technical expertise and innovation. From transitioning their processes from R&D to Pilot Line Systems, and now to high-volume manufacturing, their accomplishments have been truly impressive. The Twelve team is consistently professional, highly knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We eagerly anticipate continuing our partnership as they advance their groundbreaking technology for safely converting hazardous CO2 into valuable products," said Steve Harshbarger, CEO & President of Sono-Tek Corporation.

Creating a First of a Kind is not easy, but we know we can do it with our partners. Please join us on our journey as we continue to evolve our supply chain with collaboration and out of box ideas that will reinvent the industry for the climate era.
